Faye (she/her) is a Policy Associate on the Policy and Market Solutions team for the Aspen Institute Financial Security Program (Aspen FSP). She is responsible for elevating relevant policy updates to the broader FSP team, engaging in research and report writing, and managing relationships for the 100+ organizations across the public, private, and social sectors committed to advancing a national financial inclusion strategy. She also connects policy leaders to FSP’s and other thought leaders’ research-backed solutions that aim to improve both access to a broad suite of financial services and the reach of the tangible short-term and long-term wealth-building benefits of these services. Prior to joining Aspen FSP, she worked as a Research Associate at a NYC-based research and consulting organization where she contributed to the research, analysis, and report writing, editing, and launch process for 5+ publications that highlighted workforce management best practices for changing US and global societies.
Faye holds a B.A. in economics from Ball State University where she also serves as an advisory board member for the economics department.
