Jennifer Harthan is the Senior Associate for the Congressional Program, organizing and managing the Congressional Breakfast and Staff Lunch Series and congressional outreach. Prior to the Aspen Institute, Jen served first as Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff, then as a legislative staffer for Senator Jon Tester’s environment, energy, commerce, science, and transportation portfolios. Before her time in Senator Tester’s office, she was a member of the donations management team for an international development nonprofit.
Jen is a native of the small town of Stevensville, MT, and graduated from Montana State University in Bozeman.
